Wow. What a lack of updates. That sucks majorly for me. So much shit has happened. A week after the Green Day tickets went up for sale, I went with my friend to get them. Yea, definetely sold out. So I was pissed, and went on Ebay and they had a couple of tickets for around $100-$200. I got my parents to agree to buy them off the site and I would pay them back. The tickets came yesterday and Ive been in the best fucking mood ever. I got new shoes a couple days ago too. I had to return them though today because, me being stupid, I got the wrong size. I needed an 8 in mens and got a 10 instead. SO I returned them and they didn't have an 8, so I got different ones instead. They rock. I like these better than the other one. They're black etnies with red a red E on the sides. So cool. I've started making fan fiction stories on quizilla. Click here to read them. Of course, they are about Billie Joe, but hey I love him! Ok, Ive actually gotta write another chapter. I just wanted to blog this once more. lol.

I'm a loser and a user...

Hey guys, what's happening? I just got back from Chicago yesterday. I went for winter break so it was bunches of fun. Me and my dad went to tons of stores and I bought some new CDs. Papa Roach, Lola Ray, and Breaking Benjamin. They are all really good. I also got a Good Charlotte beanie hat thing and a MADE sweatshirt. I could have spent all day in Virgin Records, man. That store is really cool. And on Saturday, Fantasia from American Idol was doing a small show there. I didn't see the show, but I saw her signing autographs. It was really cool. I'm not a fan of AI music, but seeing her was really cool. I also went to Ghirardelli Chocolates. OMG this is the best store for chocolate. Yum. Let's just say Im on chocolate overload.

GREEN DAY SAVES ROCK!

I FINALLY got the Entertainment Weekly I have been wanting. The one with Green Day on the front. I went to Borders after school and was trying to find a good book. But of course, I got side tracked and walked to the magazine section and was extremely happy to find that they had the Rolling Stones magazine with my GD on the cover. Of course I got it and began to walk to the CD section. Just browsing of course! I decided to go back and check to see if they had the EW mag that I initially went to get. It wasn't there so I just went to pay and was suprised to find the EW mag at the front near the register! I ran up there and got it and went back in line, smiling stupidly and stopped as soon as I found people were looking at me strangely. But hey, what can I say? GD always makes me happy. Oh, I can't forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILLIE JOE! (Yesterday it was Billie Joe's b-day. A whopping 33 years now. I still love him.) I don't really know whats gotten into me. I've been listening to older CDS recently. I listened to GD's 1039/Slappy Hours CD this morning and now Im listenign to The Used's first CD. Oh well, they all kick ass. I'm going to Chicago tomorrow for winter break. I can't wait. I'm going to go to Virgin Records and FINALLY buy Kerplunk. Alright, everyone...peace.

New stuff

So much new stuff has happened, i dont know where to start. I hurt my back a few weeks ago and havn't been able to work. Which really sucks because I can't get any money till the end of this month. On a happier note, I definetely read the wrong date for the Green Day concert (last years date). Its really on May 7th at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. Much sooner!!! YAY! I'm finally going to see Billie Joe! OMG I love him. So hot. The Grammy's were a bit of a disappointment. Green Day only won 1 award out of the 7 they were nominated for. Luckily they performed a kick major fucking ass performance and Billie Joe was so cute when he did the tsunami benifit song. *sigh, i love him. LOL. I added some pictures to my wall on friday night. I only have 3 magazine pics of Green Day sadly. I need some posters, man.

Read between the lines...

Since I last updated, I have gotten a total of 5 cds!!! Sounds crazy, I know. But I HAD to! Last week, I saw the video for All That I've Got by The Used and I listened to some of their songs from their first CD online. So I decided to buy their first CD, Lost Prophets, and Green Day (Shenanigans). All the CDs are sooo good. And today, I went to Wal-Mart and bought two more Green Day CDs (Warning and 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours). OH! How could I forget. I taped the Letterman Show last nite because Green Day was on. WOW, they are so awesome. And I do have to say, Billie Joe looked extremely hot. Isn't it always a plus when one of your favorite bands has a really hot guy in it? I think it is. Anyway, I took my exams and did bad. I really don't want to know my GPA. Its probably going to be so bad. :(

I'm just a dog-eared page

I'm so happy!!! My Matches CD came. WEEE!! I've been listening to it non-stop. It kicks some major ass. Yesterday in 6th hour, my friend Nora and I started a club called the "A" club. The A stands for ADAM!! She'm obsessed with Adam Sandler and me...Adam Gontier. Actually its not a club, its just this thing that was hysterically funny. An inside joke to some people. The weather has been insane in Detroit. On Wednesday, the temp was around 45 degrees. Now its 15 degrees. Insane right? And whats worse is I have to work tomorrow. Im gonna freeze! But its all good cuz Im gonna go to my friend Erica's house afterwards. My exams are next week. Im realy scared. It sucks sooo much because this weekend I get off Monday and Im going to have to spend it all studying. *sighs.

I had to change my blog. Couldn't stand typing all th elong words of obsessing-jake. New name...same site. I just got done watching Billy Madison. Such a great movie. Adam Sandler is my god, actually hes not... but hes the funniest guy alive. Im super excited because I just found out that Green Day is going to be on tour with My Chemical Romance!!! That's definetely a must see concert. School was cancelled today. Thank god. I dont think I could have taken going to school today. So...buches have happened since I last posted. Here it all goes:

-leave school around 2:30. Go home and get money to buy CDs (I really wanted to buy the matches).
-Go to Wal-Mart, dont have it.
-Go to Target. Dont have it. But I did get the Letter Kills. Good CD.
-Go to Meijer. Don't have it. See my friend Travis and talk for a few minutes. Realize Im late for work and leave.
-Get to work 10 minutes late. :( -Leave work and go home. Mom tells me Best Buy has the CD.
-Drive 30 minutes to Best Buy.
-Turn into best Buy and get pulled over by cops. Get told my tail lights need to be fixed. Woop-de-doo.
-Run into Best Buy and try and find my CD. Ask some cute dude about it and he looks for it for 15 minutes and can't find it.
-Leave Best Buy empty handed.

Isn't that the saddest story ever? I was so upset I was crying all the way home. It may not seem bad, but the cap thing scared the shit outta me. And I keep my emotions inside and never let em out, so this was a good time to vent. But on a happier note! I ordered the CD and it should be at my house tomorrow!!! YAY!
